The PTC temperature sensor is soldered to the cable and mounted in the sleeve in an electrically insulated manner. The sleeve is rolled to be waterproof for strain relief. The sensor's sleeve material is V4A (food-safe). Several screw connections made of V4A or brass are available for mounting the sensor.
