Return Policy of Endura Supply LLC

Endura Supply LLC operates a return policy for items ordered in error. However, this policy does not apply to products that are not routinely stocked by Endura Supply LLC.

If a customer requests a return for reasons other than an error by Endura Supply LLC, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund of up to 75% of the product price, minus any costs incurred by Endura Supply LLC for the initial delivery and return of the product.

To qualify for a refund, the returned products must be in a condition that allows Endura Supply LLC to resell them at the same price at which they were sold to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the product packaging remains unopened.

No refund will be considered unless the items are returned by the customer within 5 days of receipt. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return request being denied.
