At Endura Supply Shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Each item is carefully tested and securely packaged, often using anti-static bags or wrapping, to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
General Returns Policy
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will assume the items were received in perfect condition and are free of any issues.
How to Return an Item
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item with all original packaging and documentation.
Important Notes
- For returns unrelated to defects or errors (e.g., change of mind), you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within the next 14 days.
- A 35% restocking fee may apply to such returns.
Authorizing Returns
- Before Shipping: If you cancel your order within 14 days of placing it and the order has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must meet the condition of the original sale. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Conforming Orders: If the received item does not meet the original sale conditions (e.g., wrong item or damaged on arrival), Endura Supply Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time

Valid Reasons for Return
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Wrong part number ordered
- Wrong part number delivered
- Incorrect condition delivered
- Change of mind
- Damaged on arrival
- Late delivery
- Faulty part
Abandoned Items
If a customer refuses or cannot accept delivery of an order, Endura Supply Shop will consider the package abandoned after 14 days. In such cases, we may charge the customer for any reasonable expenses incurred due to the refusal or inability to accept delivery.
When placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for order fulfillment.
