The Pt100 temperature sensor is soldered to the cable and mounted in the sleeve in an electrically insulated manner. The sleeve is rolled to be waterproof for strain relief. The cable is shielded and the shielding is brought out. The sensor's sleeve material is V4A (food-safe).
