The controller ST522 fulfils the function of a temperature controller and is intended for use on deep fryers. It has a four-digit LED display, 6 keys, 2 contact outputs and 3 switching inputs. The temperature setpoints and the timer setting can be parameterised directly via the keys.
The controller is networked by means of an ST-Bus interface.
