The controller ST502-QE1TA.09 fulfils the function of a temperature controller and is cut to the use with deep-fryers. It has a 4-digit LED display, 6 keys, 2 relays and a switching input. The different temperature setpoints and timer defaults can be parametered directly by the keys.
